The cover for The Pirate Girl's Treasure An Origami Adventure.
An origami book mark was the natural fit for our brand new origami picture book. The link below includes a free download and video instructions to fold your very own pirate girl. Enjoy!
This was a fun page to illustrate. It's not every day that I get to draw a dodo bird.
This was also a fun spread to draw as I was finally able to try out my manual "lens flare" techniques.
Hawaii is truly a magical place. I was very happy to illustrate the beautiful vegetation during my visit and use them in this picture book.
I love being able to use the stalagmite and stalactite to create these spot illustrations.
This is my favourite spread in the book. There was a lot of debate about including the shark in the story. But a book about a pirate without a shark didn't seem like a lot less of an adventure.
It was a really special day when I was able to launch my new picture book with both my brothers.
